5. Returns and Exchanges (from the General Terms of Use)

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a product (with the exception of products made to order) within 14 days of receiving the product. The Buyer must submit a request to return or exchange a product via the general contact form (Contact) or by email within this period. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error made by the Seller.

6. Product Liability (from the General Terms of Use)

The Seller is responsible for product quality during the manual creation of each product, after production, and prior to shipping to the Buyer, including packaging. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in certain specifications may occur.

The Buyer assumes responsibility for the product’s condition and functionality after receipt, including proper care, storage, and handling. Any damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or care is not eligible for return, exchange, or new manual production.

The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by the use of products purchased via the online store that results from intentional, careless, or reckless actions.
